Mr. Samiullah Musa FCA is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) with over two decades of professional experience. He has also served on the Council of the ICAP and Board of Governors of PIPFA (Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants) along with various committees and task forces of ICAP & PIPFA as Chair/ Member including Chairman Continued Professional Development (CPD), Member Investigation Committee, Governance Task Force, Examination Committee, etc.
Prior to joining BPPPA as Director Finance, he remained Office Managing Partner of Samiullah Musa & Co (Chartered Accountants), CFO & Company Secretary of BECL, Chief Executive Officer of Musa Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. Samiullah Musa has served with various organizations such as KPMG, Deloitte, EY, BUITMES, World Bank Administered and MDTF Funded Government Project in the fields of Audit, Finance, Procurement, Contract Management, Governance, etc. in various regions such as Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Nigeria, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan.
Samiullah Musa belongs to the province of Balochistan and acquired his education till graduation from Quetta. He holds various certifications in public procurement, contract management, audit, etc. and has served as trainer in the fields of IAS, IFRS, ISA, Procurement, Contract Management, Finance, etc.
